The Thrive Programme
An online 12-week intensive eating disorder recovery programme
The Thrive Programme is a transformative 12-week journey for those seeking comprehensive and holistic support. Perfect for stepping down from inpatient care or re-engaging with recovery, this programme offers a deeper level of guidance. Combining individual therapy, advanced group sessions, and holistic practices such as DBT skills training and breath/bodywork, Thrive empowers lasting transformation, resilience, and sustainable growth in your recovery. This programme is thoughtfully structured to fit seamlessly into daily life, allowing you to prioritise your recovery while managing personal and professional commitments.
