Navigating the path to recovery from an eating disorders, addictions and mental health conditions can be challenging, but you don't have to walk it alone. Our "Recovery Together" group therapy sessions offer a safe, nurturing, and confidential space where individuals and families striving for recovery can find support, understanding, and shared strength.

Our groups are designed to empower you with the tools, insight, and communal support necessary to reclaim control over your life and health. Led by experienced therapists specialising in eating disorder, addiction and other mental health conditions, our sessions provide a balanced blend of structured therapeutic strategies and compassionate support tailored to meet the needs of each group member.

Available Groups

- Eating Disorder Group: For adults (18+); A compassionate and empowering space for individuals on the path to eating disorder recovery. This group offers a blend of guided discussions, interactive exercises, and evidence-based tools to help you reclaim your relationship with food, body, and self. Connect with peers who understand your journey and leave each session with practical resources to support your progress. Designed for flexibility, the group runs in 12-week cycles with the option to book in 4-week blocks. Take the first step toward healing in a safe, non-judgmental environment. 

 

- Addiction Group: For adults (18+); Break free from the cycle of addiction with the support of a structured, judgment-free community. This group provides a roadmap to recovery through proven coping strategies, meaningful peer connections, and guided self-reflection. Each session combines discussion and interactive exercises to help you build resilience and rediscover your strength. Includes take-home resources to reinforce your progress. Choose from 12-week cycles or flexible 4-week blocks to fit your schedule. Start your journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life today. 

 

- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Group: For adults (18+); Transform your emotional well-being with our comprehensive DBT programme. Over 16 weeks, you’ll explore the four core modules—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—to build skills that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Each session includes practical tools and take-home resources to help you apply what you’ve learned. Flexible 4-week block booking available. Whether you’re managing intense emotions, improving relationships, or seeking greater self-awareness, this group offers the support and structure you need to thrive.

- Young Persons Group: 13 to 17yrs; A safe, supportive space for teens facing challenges like eating disorders, addiction, behavioural health issues, low self-esteem, or emotional struggles. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants build coping skills, resilience, and peer connections in a structured, non-judgmental environment. Includes take-home resources. Runs in 12-week cycles with flexible 4-week block booking to fit busy schedules. A compassionate space for teens to grow, heal, and thrive.
