Integrative Therapist

I have worked as an Addiction Therapist for several years and am also a qualified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Practitioner. I work with clients on a 1:1 basis and facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops.

I use an integrative approach, meaning I use various therapeutic modalities to best meet my clients' specific needs. My primary purpose as a therapist is to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment to explore and process their difficulties and learn new tools to navigate life. I believe in working holistically alongside clients to unearth and discover their authentic selves.

I have experience working with various client groups, including clients with addictions, eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sexuality and identity issues, sex addiction, porn addiction, self-harm, inner child, low self-worth, and clients with relational difficulties and attachment trauma.

Before training as a therapist, I trained as an actor and completed an MA in Creative Producing while interning at a West End production office. I find that creative outlets are therapeutic in their own right and can often be found walking with my Australian Labradoodle, Remi, who is training to become a therapy dog.
